1996年本科畢業(yè)于南京工業(yè)大學，2004年畢業(yè)與南京大學，有機化學博士。先后在德國萊布尼茨催化研究所(Leibniz Institute for Catalysis)和美國威斯康星大學麥迪遜分校(University of Wisconsin-Madison)做博士后研究。2010年9月應(yīng)聘為常州大學制藥與生命科學學院校聘教授。常州市第七批海歸領(lǐng)軍人才，江蘇省第四期333人才工程第三層次。
